The main living area features a ceiling fan with comfortable seating for 5, a 65" Samsung Frame TV and a Sonos soundbar with speakers throughout. The dining table seats six, making it easy to gather for meals together.

The Bunk Room is designed with both comfort and functionality in mind, featuring an adult-rated queen-over-queen bunk bed. The elevated top bunk provides generous headroom, allowing guests in the lower bunk to sit up comfortably. This room also includes an executive desk, a Steelcase Leap V2 office chair, a 27" 180Hz adjustable monitor, a printer, TV, Sonos speaker, and a reading nook, making it equally well-suited for sleeping, relaxation, and remote work.

The spa-inspired ensuite primary bathroom offers an accessible design featuring a zero-entry walk-in shower with a grab bar and a shower seat rated for up to 400 lbs, a comfort-height toilet, and a vanity with an offset sink for additional counter space.
The guest bathroom continues the refined coastal aesthetic with antique Spanish mosaic tile detailing and a tub-shower combination equipped with grab bars for accessibility. It also includes a vanity with an offset sink to maximize counter space.
Outdoor living is a defining highlight of Casetta Al Mare. Elegant double French doors open directly from the Casetta into a stunning two-story pool pavilion, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor resort-style living.
The entire pool pavilion is enclosed within a screened lanai, allowing you to enjoy the coastal breeze in comfort while keeping insects at bay. The resort-style pool and spa are heated (weather permitting) and beautifully illuminated, creating an inviting atmosphere for refreshing daytime swims or tranquil evening soaks beneath the stars.

As you enter the Castta vestible, the home gym is on your right. In the gym you will find a Smith Machine with multiple attachments for leg work, back work, and more. There are multiple Plates ranging from 2.5lbs to 45lbs. There is also a Bowflex M6 Stepper/Eliptical, Dumbells up to 50 Lbs, a TV, and a Sonos speaker.
As you pass the gym entrance, you will see a large antique cabinedt full of shared beach towels.
